The purchase process
  1. Inquiry on property availability : Reach out to us via call, website, live chat or social media pages chat and let us know where you are interested in investing. On settling on a specific location, we share the available projects and their maps, with the purchased plots marked. You will get a chance to see a visual representation of the projects. You can as well book a plot once you receive the maps. The agent you are in touch with will help you book a date for a site visit. You can choose to have someone represent you for the site visit, or you can choose to schedule a site visit once you are in the country.
  2. Due Diligence: We offer a copy of the Title Deed and a copy of the Mutation to the customer. This will be used to do a Land Registry search through the Kenyan contact.
  3. Payment Process : The member will choose a payment plan which he or she will be comfortable with. A schedule will be shared on the agreed payment plan and it will be updated and shared on each payment made. Once the client reaches the minimum deposit allowed, an agreement and offer letter will be issued. Receips of payment are issued on every payment made. Since diaspora members might not be available to collect the receipts physically, We share a digital copy as proof of payment. 
  4. Member Documents : After completion of payment, the member will be requested to provide the following documents which will be required for the title transfer process;
    – A copy of the member’s National Identity Card.
    – A copy of the member’s KRA PIN.
    – Three passport sized photos of the member.
    The title transfer process usually takes between 1-3 months depending on the speed of the Land Registry of respective county governments.
  5. Title Deed Issuance : Once the title transfer process is complete, we share a digital copy of the title deed with the member. The title deed can either be:
    – Collected at our offices.
    – Issued on our open days.
    – Delivered through the title mashinani program.
